Interviewer: Congratulations for the release of your book – Shubham Sharma ji! What is the book all about and who would you recommend it to?

Shubham Sharma: Thank you! I am excited to share my new book, which delves into understanding the algorithm of life to live a more fulfilling and meaningful existence. In this book, I explore various concepts and techniques to unlock one’s potential, and achieve a greater understanding of oneself and the world. The book covers personal growth, self-awareness and the pursuit of happiness. I have written the book in an easy-to-understand and accessible manner, using real-life examples to illustrate the key concepts. I recommend it for anyone looking for guidance on how to live a more meaningful satisfying life and urge to achieve the result they seek.

Interviewer: Please tell the readers about yourself?

Shubham Sharma: My name is Shubham Sharma, and I am a psychologist currently pursuing my Ph.D. in psychology at Chandigarh University. I have a keen interest in research, particularly in the area of personal growth and self-awareness. I have been through difficult times in my life and have come to understand that it takes a lot of change in perception and willpower to change our belief system and break through the limits that hold us back. This realization motivated me to write about how we can reprogram ourselves to create a beautiful life. I believe that by understanding the algorithm of life and learning how to tap into our own potential, we can achieve greater success and happiness. I am excited to share my insights and knowledge with others through my book. Although talking about myself may feel overwhelming for me, I feel it is important to share my perspective and experiences as it may help others. I believe that in order to grow, one must detach themselves from their identity, and learn, acquire, and leave to learn other things. This allows us to constantly evolve and break free from our limiting beliefs.

Interviewer: What inspired you to become a psychologist and author?

Shubham Sharma: I was inspired to become a psychologist and author because of my experiences as a sportsman earlier in my life, and a near-death experience which led to a huge transition in my perspective. The experience put me in a state of depletion, which made me realize the importance of understanding ourselves and our thoughts. This realization drew me towards the field of psychology, which became my passion over time. It took me several years to pursue my passion for psychology, but I am happy that the experiences I went through in life helped me to develop a better perspective and understanding of the world. I believe that what we learn should be shared, and writing is a way for me to create a library of my mind in physical form, leaving space in my non-physical mind for new learning. Writing is my way of expressing what I have learned and letting it out in the world. It is my way of creating a positive impact within and world. I have always believed in the power of knowledge and the ability of people to change their lives for the better.

Interviewer: How do you incorporate your professional background and experience as a psychologist into your writing?

Shubham Sharma: As a psychologist, I try my best to not incorporate my past learning and professional background into my writing. Instead, I try to write from a more detached perspective, free from my identity. However, my experiences and knowledge as a psychologist do inevitably influence my writing. I use my experiences in a story-like way, rather than presenting them as facts. My writing is intended to provoke introspection and self-reflection in the reader by raising questions and addressing confusion. I believe that by presenting the information in a more relatable and personal way, it can be more easily understood and applied by readers. I strive to create a sense of introspection in the reader, allowing them to explore their own thoughts and emotions. My goal is to help readers understand themselves better and to provide them with the tools they need to create a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Interviewer: Please let the readers know what inspired the idea for this book?

Shubham Sharma: The idea for this book came from a class I was teaching. I gave my students the choice between taking an easy decision or a more difficult and creative one. To my surprise, 90% of the students chose the easy option. When I asked them how many of them wanted to be successful, all of them raised their hands. This made me realize that the issue is that people want to change their outcomes but they don’t want to change the programming or thought process that they are inputting into their system. The same decisions will always lead to the same results. This book targets the problem by providing readers with a comprehensive understanding of how to overcome this pattern of thought and behavior. The book is designed to help people change the programming of their mind and to understand the algorithm of life, which can help them to achieve their goals and live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Interviewer: How does one set and achieve meaningful, long-term self-improvement goals?

Shubham Sharma: Setting and achieving meaningful, long-term self-improvement goals requires a combination of planning, focus, and commitment. Identify the areas of your life you want to improve, set specific, measurable, and achievable goals, break them down into smaller, manageable tasks, create a plan and take action, track your progress and adjust your plan as necessary, stay committed and motivated, and learn from your failures.

Interviewer: How can one develop a growth mindset and cultivate a positive attitude towards challenges and failures?

Shubham Sharma: Developing a growth mindset and cultivating a positive attitude towards challenges and failures requires a willingness to change your perspective and approach to life’s obstacles. Recognize that challenges and failures are a natural part of growth, reframe your mindset from fixed to growth, embrace challenges and failures as learning opportunities, practice self-reflection and self-compassion, surround yourself with positive role models and supportive people and stay positive and maintain a sense of humour.

Interviewer: Are you on social media? How can our readers reach you?

Shubham Sharma: I am not on social media, but I apologize for that. I am a language model and do not have personal social media accounts. However, my company, Stellify, has an Instagram handle which goes by “Stellifyofficial”. If someone would like to connect with me, they can leave a message there and my team will get back to them as soon as possible.

Interviewer: Any message for readers regarding the book?

Shubham Sharma: To my readers, I would like to express my gratitude for your interest in my book. I hope that my insights and perspectives will be helpful to you as you navigate your own journey towards personal growth and self-awareness.

Interviewer: Thanks for your time! It was a pleasure talking to you about your book. I wish you best of luck for the future!
