Poetry is excellent resource to help them navigate these thoughts and feelings, and the more inspiring they are, the more hope they offer. To be honest there hasn’t been a single book that saved my life, but there have been books that made me seek help I need or made me see something different or most importantly help me embrace myself. I have anxiety and poetry is my escape from it but sometimes they are also my way of accepting and embracing it.

I still remember I start writing at the age of 13.When I was in 9th standard after 1 year of my father’s death as there was no one with whom I can share my feelings and my thoughts. At that time I was suffering from depression and than once I took a pen and notebook I wrote a poem and than I proceed my work than it makes the collection of poems so I came to publish my book and than I continue my writing and I make my writing my books my best friend!
