Description
Only This: The Invisible That Runs Everything by Dr. Shubham Sharma
Reality is run by what you cannot see. An unseen mass shapes galaxies. Unseen attention shapes experience. Unseen perception shapes power and money. But beyond all hidden forces is one fact that survives every doubt: this moment is present, and it is known.
Only This is a single investigation into the invisible law behind everything; from the dark matter that holds the cosmos together to the unexamined beliefs that hold your suffering in place. Drawing on cosmology, neuroscience, and the oldest contemplative traditions, it moves through thirteen chapters that spiral outward into the universe and inward into the mind, each time returning to the same ground: present awareness.
When identity falls like a mask and emotion moves like a wave, what remains is not an idea. It is awareness itself. This book doesn’t ask you to believe. It asks you to look. And what you find, when you do, is the only thing that was never missing.
About “Dr. Shubham Sharma”
Dr. Shubham Sharma holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and was a Researcher at the University of Reading, UK, where he was awarded the Centenary Scholarship for academic merit. He is the founder of Stellify and a counselling psychologist with over a hundred clinical sessions behind him.
His doctoral work pioneered research into cow cuddling therapy as a structured model for animal-assisted psychotherapy, resulting in peer-reviewed publications, the Cow Cuddling Therapy Handbook, and two patents (including the first registered intervention protocol for cow cuddling psychotherapy in India). He worked at the Centre for Integrative Neuroscience and Neurodynamics (CINN) and the Motion Lab at the University of Reading, where his research spans sensorimotor processes, mood and sleep, interpersonal synchrony, and motion-capture methodologies.
He is the author of many books, including Time: The Infinite Currency (recipient of the Sahitya Sparsh Award) and The Space Within: False to True Self.
Before this book, his work moved between the laboratory and the consulting room; between brain scans and the silence that follows a good question. That apprenticeship in the invisible, as much as any academic credential, is the ground on which this book was written.
He lives in Dehradun, India, at the foot of the Himalayas.
