Guidelines:

• Each poem should be no more than 200 words in length. Poet bios should be between 100-150 words in length. All submitted work must be original and previously unpublished.
• Please include a brief cover letter with your name, contact information, and a brief introduction to your submitted work.
• Submissions should be sent as a Word or PDF attachment to our email address or through registration link by the submission deadline i.e. 30 April 2023. Submissions in English language only.
• Please ensure that your work is properly edited and free of any grammatical or typographical errors. We will inform you of the status of your submission within 2 days after the submission deadline.
• There is a registration fee of Rs.699/- for each poet. The registration fee is payable only after the poems are approved by our editors. The registration fee covers the cost of publishing, printing, and distributing the anthology.
• Once your submission is approved, we will send you instructions on how to make the payment. The payment should be made within 2 days of receiving the payment instructions. If the payment is not received within the specified time, your submission may be disqualified.

• Social media promotion of poets: We will promote the selected poets and their work on our social media platforms to help increase their visibility and reach a wider audience.
• Global distribution: The anthology will be available for purchase on various online platforms and will be distributed globally. This will provide an opportunity for the selected poets to reach a wider audience and gain recognition beyond their local communities.
• Hard & soft copy of the book: Each selected poet will receive a complimentary copy of the anthology in both hard copy and soft copy formats. This will serve as a valuable addition to their portfolio and can be used for promotional purposes.
• Hard & soft copy of the Certificate: Each selected poet will receive a certificate of participation, which can be used to showcase their achievements and contributions to the literary community.
